Mama is so impressed with what a thorough job you do! Look...
I am a woman cursed with too much love to give. Hello, I'm Meganjune. This is a place to communicate to my child (hopefully someday children) things that often go unsaid. To say what I mean to when my voice cracks from tears and betrays me in the moment. A place for me to confess mistakes and whisper apologies. A place for me to pour all the love I know I will have to restrain soon. This comes straight from my heart. Because Baby Fleming, It's all for you.

Midtown global market
After church today we went to the midtown global market. There were salsa dancers in the bazaar and you were showing off your moves! The instructor loved you and asked you to come up and dance with everyone. Mama dosent have a picture but that's ok. We will go back again.
After your dancing you were hungry so we got some schwarma from a hala restraunt with delicious rice and cucumber sauce. You didn't like it.
I'm anxious for you to be able to hold my hand Crosby. Once you get that down we can explore so much more. Right now you want to do everything on your own and do not like to be touched. When that changes you won't run into dangerous situations as much. Also mama won't get as tired as quickly trying to keep you alive!
I love you Crosby. I love your whole face smile and your big blue eyes. Your chubby arms and your stubborn spirit. The way you run because you have no fear. I love you.

Playing with Grandpa Larry.
You had a blast playing casino games with Grandpa on his iPad. You can see how happy Grandpa is to hold you.

First time at church!
Today we went to first Unitarian church at 3400 DuPont ave in Minneapolis. Gaga and Kristin Mortenson joined us.
You went to toddler class and had so much fun! You made Mommy and Daddy a picture with crayons. We love it!
The message of service today was about giving more of yourself than you are comfortable doing. Going above and beyond what you normally do and see that it won't in fact kill you, or hurt you, or really do anything bad at all. Quite the opposite is true. You will feel a lightening of spirit.
Mommy saved a dollar that she found in an old purse and some change (1.80) earlier in the week.
I took the dollar to put in the offering at church. Mommy hasn't spent a penny since we moved into our new home. She can't.
During service it dawned on her that the dollar was in her coat pocket that daddy hung up in the coat room.
At a pause in service, she told Daddy
"I brought that dollar I found, but I left it in my coat do you have a dollar in your wallet?" He replied "yes"
I said "do you have three?" Thinking of the message just delivered.
Then daddy said a wonderful thing.
"I have five we can give."
Mom and dad gave five times the amount that Mama had intended, and we didn't die. It's a small start but one we hope to carry through into other parts of our lives.
After service we all sat and ate delicious spring rolls compliments of Kristin (nom nom nom) you were soon all tuckered out and we had to wisk you off to your nap.
We love you binner.
